Some clients want us to handle their Wix hosting. Others prefer to keep the account and billing in their own hands. You can choose either approach and still work with Creatively Seeded for website updates whenever you need them.
Whether we designed your website or you already have a Wix site, we’ll help you understand your options and choose the support that fits your business.
Your Website, Your Choice
Client-Owned Website
Once your website design balance is paid in full, the completed Wix website is yours. You can choose to have Creatively Seeded manage its hosting or keep the site in your own Wix account. Your hosting choice does not change your ownership of the completed website.
If you begin with CS Managed Hosting and later decide to manage hosting yourself, we’ll coordinate the transfer to your Wix account according to your service agreement. You can continue working with us for updates after the transfer.
CS Managed Hosting
If you’d rather leave the hosting details to us, we’ll manage your Wix hosting and bill you for the package you select. We’ll be your point of contact for the hosting services included in that package.
We offer three hosting levels to fit different website needs. We’ll help you choose a package, explain its monthly fee and included services, and identify any additional domain, business email, paid app, or subscription costs.
Client-Managed Hosting
If you prefer to handle hosting directly, the website will be in your own Wix account. You’ll manage and pay for your Wix plan, domain name registration and renewals, and any other subscriptions your site uses.
You can still work with Creatively Seeded after launch. We can help with updates through Nurtured Maintenance or quote individual changes and projects when you need them.
What Does Wix Provide?
Wix provides the platform and underlying infrastructure for your Wix website, including platform updates, built-in security features, and tools for connecting your domain.
The difference between our two hosting options is who manages the Wix account, hosting details, and billing. The services Creatively Seeded provides depend on the hosting package and any additional support you choose.
Choose How You'd Like Help with Updates
Hosting and website updates are separate choices. You can add monthly help to either hosting option, or contact us only when a specific need comes up.
Nurtured Maintenance
Nurtured Maintenance is an optional monthly service for businesses that want regular help keeping their website content current. It includes up to one hour of basic updates you request each month, such as text edits, image updates, and minor content changes. Unused time does not roll over.
Work beyond the included hour, new pages, new features, and larger design changes are quoted or billed separately. We’ll discuss additional costs before starting the work.
Nurtured Maintenance is available month to month, with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. It is available whether you choose CS Managed Hosting or Client-Managed Hosting.
Project-Based Website Help
Prefer to reach out when something needs attention?
Tell us what you’d like changed, and we’ll review the request. Smaller updates will be billed at our current hourly rate; larger additions and design projects may receive a separate quote. We’ll explain the expected cost and timing before work begins.
You can request project-based help with either hosting option, without enrolling in Nurtured Maintenance.

Moving Your Website to Wix?
Have a website on another platform? We can review what you have now and discuss rebuilding it on Wix. We’ll look at your pages, content, features, and domain setup before recommending a scope for the project.
Moving platforms takes planning, especially when page addresses and search visibility are involved. We’ll explain the work and provide a separate website design quote. Once the new site is ready, you can choose CS Managed Hosting or Client-Managed Hosting.
